Your business needs branded products more than once a year. The GabbyCrafts® Business Brand Supply Program gives legally structured businesses a reliable monthly supply of branded apparel and promotional products. You will not have to request a new quote every time you need more products.

What Your Monthly Package Includes

• A set number and mix of branded products

• Standard production and processing

• Professional decoration and labor

• Flat-rate shipping to one address within the continental United States

• Local pickup within a 10-mile radius

• One correction to your production proof

• Embroidery digitizing when you select an embroidery package

• A base package price that stays the same while your subscription remains active

Available products may include cotton T-shirts, cotton or polyester polos, aluminum tumblers, cotton shoulder tote bags, hats, keychains, and other approved promotional products. The products you receive will depend on the package you select.

GabbyCrafts® will choose the best decoration method based on the product, artwork, and order quantity.

Seasonal Apparel Upgrades

You may replace eligible short-sleeve T-shirts with long-sleeve shirts, crewneck sweatshirts, or pullover hoodies for an extra charge. Seasonal upgrades and extended sizes will be priced separately.

An upgrade replaces a short-sleeve T-shirt already included in your package. It does not increase the total number of products you will receive.

Who This Program Is For

This program is for legally structured businesses and organizations that need branded products for:

• Employees and staff

• Business marketing and promotions

• Customer appreciation gifts

• Regular company activities

• Merchandise featuring the enrolled business’s own brand

• Keeping branded products available throughout the year

You must have a production-ready logo or approved design. Design services are not included and must be purchased separately.

Important Program Rules

The Business Brand Supply Program does not replace regular bulk orders for family reunions, group trips, celebrations, special occasions, or large events. These orders will be priced separately.

You may not use your subscription to fill orders placed by your customers. For example, you cannot accept an order for family-reunion shirts and use your monthly package to produce those shirts.

If you submit a customer’s order through this program, GabbyCrafts® may remove your business from the program immediately. No refund will be provided.

Package quantities are fixed. Products cannot be exchanged for different products. Unused products do not roll over to another month.

Personal names, numbers, and similar details are only allowed when they are part of the submitted logo or an approved existing design.

Production usually takes 10–15 business days. This time begins after GabbyCrafts® receives all required information, artwork, product choices, payments, and final proof approval.

Printed colors may look slightly different from the original design because the production process can affect color.

Subscription Terms

New subscribers must commit to three monthly packages. After the first three paid packages, the subscription will renew automatically each month until canceled.

You must submit your cancellation request at least 15 days before your next billing date. Once your subscription ends, GabbyCrafts® is not required to produce or send any future products.

You may change your package only once every 180 days. Optional upgrades and extra services will not change your protected base package price.

GabbyCrafts® will attempt a failed payment up to three times. After the third failed attempt, the subscription will be canceled automatically. Production will not begin for any unpaid package.

You must contact GabbyCrafts® directly about billing or order concerns before filing a payment dispute or chargeback. Additional rules are included in the Business Brand Supply Program Agreement.

Black Friday Founding Business Enrollment

Black Friday enrollment will be open November 27–30, 2026. Enrollment is limited to 25 founding businesses.

A $99 reservation payment will hold your January spot. This payment will be applied to the cost of your January base package.

The remaining balance for your January base package will be charged on December 1, 2026. Approved garment upgrades, extended sizes, design services, and other additions will be billed separately. These extra charges must be paid before production begins.

January production begins January 4, 2027.
