GabbyCrafts® Custom Order Rules and Policies
Turnaround Times
All turnaround times begin only after payment is received in full and all required details, approvals, and assets have been submitted by the client. Turnaround times exclude business closure days and public holidays.
Bulk Apparel and Physical Products: Standard turnaround is 8 to 10 business days. Larger orders may require additional time beyond this window and any extended timeline will be communicated at the time of quoting. Turnaround time may vary based on order size and complexity, apparel availability, customization method, and supplier or shipping delays. Rush orders are available for an additional fee of $50 to $100 and are not guaranteed.
Custom Digital Design Services: Standard turnaround is 5 business days to 2 weeks depending on the scope of the project.
AI Automation and AI-Based Services: Turnaround times for AI services differ from standard services due to their technical nature. DIY AI products and templates are delivered immediately upon purchase. Custom AI automation with support takes 7 to 14 business days. Done-for-you AI automation takes 14 to 30 business days. Advanced or multi-system implementations require 30 or more business days and a written timeline will be provided before work begins. Delays caused by incomplete information, platform limitations, or third-party changes are not the responsibility of GabbyCrafts®.
Revisions and Changes
Bulk Apparel and Physical Products: All mockups and proofs must be approved in writing by the client prior to production. Once a proof is approved, no further changes will be accepted. GabbyCrafts® is not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof.
Custom Digital Design Services: Two revisions are included with every custom design project. Revision requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Additional revisions beyond the two included are billed at $10 per change, up to a maximum of five total changes. Requests beyond five changes require a new project invoice.
AI Automation Services: Revisions for AI automation projects are limited to correcting implementation errors or misconfigurations on our end. Scope changes, new feature requests, or additions to the original project require a new invoice.
Final Approval: Once final approval is given by the client, all orders move to production or completion and no further changes will be accepted. Clients are responsible for reviewing all proofs and deliverables thoroughly before giving approval.
Product Ownership and Intellectual Property
All custom orders include the cost of the product, design, or system implementation. GabbyCrafts® does not sell standalone designs, automation frameworks, or system logic without an accompanying product or service order.
GabbyCrafts® retains all intellectual property rights to all designs, artwork, AI prompts and frameworks, automation logic and workflows, digital systems, and templates created in connection with any order. Ownership of the physical product transfers to the client upon delivery. Intellectual property ownership does not transfer unless explicitly stated in writing prior to the start of the project.
Clients who provide their own artwork or content for use in a custom order represent and warrant that they own or have the legal rights to use that content and agree to indemnify GabbyCrafts® from any claims arising from the use of client-provided materials.
Promotional Use
GabbyCrafts® reserves the right to display completed work — including bulk apparel, custom designs, and AI systems — for portfolio and promotional purposes. If you require confidentiality, you must submit a written request prior to the start of your project. Confidentiality requests submitted after project completion will not be honored retroactively.
Payment Terms
All invoices must be paid within 48 hours of receipt. Unpaid invoices may be canceled after an additional 24 hours if payment has not been received. Reinitiating a canceled invoice incurs a $10 reinitiation fee.
Payments are accepted exclusively through the GabbyCrafts® website or official GabbyCrafts® invoices. Cash, checks, CashApp, Venmo, and Zelle are not accepted.
Agreement and Acknowledgment
By proceeding with any custom order, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and policies, that you are at least 18 years of age, and that you voluntarily agree to be bound by this policy. GabbyCrafts® reserves the right to update these policies at any time without notice. Clients are encouraged to review policies periodically.
