FAQ's

Design(s) must be 300dpi (dots per inch) and be in either .jpg, .jpeg , or .png format. Other formats of the design will not be accepted.

Please do not send an screenshots of the design. These will not be accepted. 

Design(s) that promote discrimination, derogatory nature or political affiliations of any kind will not be accepted. Please note this also includes misogyny, homophobia, sexism, pornography, bullying, and copyright infringement.

*Please be advised that GabbyCrafts reserve the right to refund an order and refuse processing of an order if designs such as the above are submitted with an order.  Furthermore, GabbyCrafts reserve the right to refund an order and refuse processing if a customer becomes disrespectful to any employee(s) or to the process that is clearly outlined. *

If we have to edit the logo or graphic for any reason due to functional issues (e.g., remove background, resizing, cropping, etc.), this will incur a $10 fee. Please double check all information and graphics. Due to custom processing, we will not be able to provide refunds or redoes for incorrect sizes, color(s) or logo usage not specified.

Please be advised that colors may vary between computer screen output and GabbyCrafts can only print designs in the colors that is submitted.  

At this time, custom orders up to 100 can be ordered directly on the website.  If you need more than 100 items within your order or you have various sizes in your order, please contact us at gabbycraftsllc@gmail.com for a customized quote and an invoice will need to be sent.
