GabbyCrafts Custom Orders Terms and Conditions

Please read the following policy and terms and conditions carefully before engaging in and purchasing services provided by GabbyCrafts.

By placing a custom order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Turnaround Time

We strive to complete your digital design project(s) within a reasonable timeframe.

Our standard turnaround time is five days to two weeks.  This excludes business closure days and public holidays.  This time starts from the date of receiving all the necessary project details and materials.

Please note that complex projects may require additional time, and we will communicate any such delays with you promptly.

Design Usage

Please be advised that a custom order INCLUDES the cost of the design.  Under no circumstances will I only create a design for a custom order without the order being placed.  Furthermore, I will not sell only the custom design. 

Example: You request a custom design for a product.  You then state, “I would like to purchase just the design.”   This is not permitted. 

GabbyCrafts owns the Intellectual Property (IP) rights of all designs and digital products created even after the finished product is provided. 

Refunds

GabbyCrafts does not provide refunds for completed digital design products or services unless we are at fault for a substantial error or omission. We encourage open communication throughout the digital design process to ensure you are completely satisfied with the final product. A refund will not be given because the purchaser omitted details pertinent to the design process.

Under no circumstances are there refunds for purchased GPT products or courses as GabbyCrafts does not guarantee under any circumstances that the purchaser will receive the desired results. Under no circumstances can GPT products be resold, duplicated, or redistributed. Specific results with these products will vary and are dependent on the purchaser. 

Revisions

We offer two free revisions on any custom design.  Please be advised that these revisions must be made no later than 48 hours after the initial design is sent via email.

Any additional revisions requested after this timeframe will incur a $10 fee per change.  After five total changes, no further changes will be made. 

It is imperative to provide clear and concise feedback during the revision process to facilitate efficient communication and timely completion of your project.

Changes and Alterations

No changes or alterations will be made to the final design after final approval has been made.

It is strongly recommended that you review the design thoroughly before finalization. 

 

Promotional Use

GabbyCrafts reserves the right to showcase completed work (physical and digital) in our portfolio, website, social media platforms, and other promotional materials for the purpose of demonstrating our creativity to potential customers.

If you have any concerns about the privacy or confidentiality of your project, please inform us in writing before the project begins.

 

Timely Payment of Invoices

Once an invoice is sent, payment is expected within 48 hours.  After 48 hours, a second invoice will be sent.  You will have 24 hours to pay the invoice in full.  After which time the invoice is not paid, the order will be cancelled. 

If you require the invoice to be reinitiated, a $10 reinitiation fee will be added to the invoice. 

 

Methods of Payment

All payment will be accepted via payment of invoice or via the website only!

CashApp, Cash, Personal Checks, Venmo, and Zelle will not be accepted.
