GabbyCrafts™ Custom Orders Terms and Conditions

Turnaround Time (Bulk Apparel, Design & AI Services)

GabbyCrafts™ strives to complete all orders within a reasonable and clearly communicated timeframe. Turnaround times begin only after payment is received and all required details, approvals, and assets are submitted.

Bulk Apparel & Physical Products

Standard turnaround time for bulk apparel and custom physical products is 7–14 business days, excluding business closure days and public holidays.

Turnaround time may vary based on:

  • Order size and complexity

  • Apparel availability

  • Customization method

  • Supplier or shipping delays

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and are not guaranteed.

Digital Design Projects

Standard turnaround time for custom digital design services is 5 business days to 2 weeks, excluding business closure days and public holidays.

AI Automation & AI-Based Services

Due to the technical nature of AI-based products, turnaround times differ from standard services.

  • DIY AI products and templates: Immediate access upon purchase

  • Custom AI automation (DIY w/ support): 7–14 business days

  • Done-For-You (DFY) AI automation: 14–30 business days

  • Advanced or multi-system implementations: 30+ business days (timeline provided in writing)

Delays caused by incomplete information, platform limitations, or third-party changes are not the responsibility of GabbyCrafts™.

Product Usage & Ownership

All custom orders include the cost of the product, design, or system implementation.

GabbyCrafts™ does not sell standalone designs, automation frameworks, or system logic without an accompanying product or service order.

GabbyCrafts™ retains all intellectual property rights to:

  • Designs

  • Artwork

  • AI prompts and frameworks

  • Automation logic and workflows

  • Digital systems and templates

Ownership of the physical product transfers to the client upon delivery; IP ownership does not, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refund Policy

Bulk Apparel & Physical Products

Due to the custom nature of bulk apparel and physical products, all sales are final once production has begun.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Size issues after approval

  • Color discrepancies due to screen variations

  • Client-provided errors

  • Change of mind

If GabbyCrafts™ makes a verified production error, a replacement or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Digital Products, Design & AI Services

All digital products, AI tools, GPTs, automations, courses, and custom services are non-refundable once access is granted or work has begun.

Refunds are not issued due to:

  • Dissatisfaction with AI outputs

  • Failure to achieve desired results

  • Client misunderstanding of scope

  • Platform or third-party limitations

No outcomes or performance guarantees are made.

Revisions & Changes

Bulk Apparel

Mockups and proofs must be approved prior to production. Once approved:

  • No changes will be accepted

  • GabbyCrafts™ is not responsible for approved errors

Digital Design

Two (2) revisions are included and must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
Additional revisions are $10 per change, up to a maximum of five (5) total changes.

AI Automation

Revisions are limited to correcting implementation errors or misconfigurations.
Scope changes or new features require a new invoice.

Final Approval

Once final approval is given:

  • Orders move to production or completion

  • No further changes will be accepted

Clients are responsible for reviewing all proofs and deliverables thoroughly.

Promotional Use

GabbyCrafts™ reserves the right to display completed work, including bulk apparel, designs, and AI systems, for portfolio and promotional purposes unless confidentiality is requested in writing prior to project start.

Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid within 48 hours.
Unpaid invoices may be canceled after an additional 24 hours.

Reinitiating a canceled invoice incurs a $10 reinitiation fee.

Accepted Payment Methods

Payments are accepted only via:

  • GabbyCrafts™ website

  • Official GabbyCrafts™ invoices

Cash, checks, CashApp, Venmo, and Zelle are not accepted.

Agreement & Acknowledgment

By proceeding with your order, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understand these terms

  • You are at least eighteen (18) years old

  • You voluntarily agree to be bound by this policy

Policies are subject to change without notice. Clients are encouraged to review them periodically.
