14. Enforcement & Termination

16. Refunds, Chargebacks & Payment Disputes (Georgia Law Compliance)

16.1 Digital Products & AI Services Are Non-Refundable

In accordance with Georgia law and standard digital commerce practices, all GabbyCrafts™ AI products and services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

This includes, but is not limited to:

AI tools, GPTs, chatbots, DIY's and automation systems

Digital downloads, templates, playbooks, and PDFs

Online courses, trainings, workshops, and masterminds

DFY (Done-For-You) AI services once work has begun

Strategy sessions, audits, assessments, and consultations

Once access is granted, a download is delivered, or a service begins, no refunds will be issued.

16.2 No Refunds for Results, Outcomes, or Performance

GabbyCrafts™ does not offer refunds based on:

Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs

Business results, income, or lack of performance

User misunderstanding of the product scope

Failure to implement recommendations

Platform limitations or third-party changes

AI tools provide guidance and support, not guaranteed outcomes.

16.3 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from GabbyCrafts™, users agree to contact GabbyCrafts™ directly at info@gabbycrafts.com before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Unwarranted chargebacks are considered a violation of this policy and legal action will be taken.

GabbyCrafts™ actively disputes chargebacks and may submit the following evidence:

Proof of digital delivery or account access

System logs showing usage or access

Email communications

Signed agreements or policy acknowledgments

Timestamped records of services rendered

16.4 Chargeback Abuse & Account Termination

If a chargeback is filed after access or services have been provided:
