1. Is this a coaching call or strategy session?

No. The Business Systems Review™ is a diagnostic review of your business systems and structure. The goal is to identify what is working, what is broken, and what needs to be fixed. This is not coaching or ongoing consulting.

2. Will you fix anything during the review?

No. This review is focused on evaluation and direction, not implementation. If system builds are recommended, next steps will be discussed separately.

3. What happens after the review?

After the review, you will receive clear recommendations. If your business needs system implementation, you will be invited to move forward with a Business Backbone™ build. If your systems are not the issue, you will be advised accordingly.
