When Life Feels Like Too Much… But You Keep Going Anyway

When I started GabbyCrafts, it wasn’t just a business. It was a living tribute to my daughter Gabrielle, who was stillborn. I wanted her name to be connected to something that inspired people, something that built beauty out of pain. Every design, every course, every product carries a piece of that mission — a reminder that even in loss, we can create something that gives life.

But these past few months… they’ve tested that vision.

Life has thrown more at me than I thought I could carry. Personal storms. Business setbacks. Days where the weight felt like it might crush me. Moments where I wondered if I was moving forward at all or just fighting not to sink.

Still, here I am.

Not because it was easy. Not because I had all the answers. But because deep down, I knew stopping wasn’t an option — for me, for Gabrielle’s legacy, and for the people who need to hear this.

These months have reminded me:

  • Resilience isn’t loud. It’s not always shouting “I’ve got this!” Sometimes it’s whispering, “I’ll try again tomorrow.”

  • Growth hides in discomfort. The tears, the uncertainty, the “why me?” moments — those are signs you’re stretching into a stronger version of yourself.

  • You don’t have to be perfect to be powerful. Showing up imperfectly is still showing up.

If your life feels heavy right now, I need you to hear me — you are not behind. You are not failing. You are not weak. You are in the middle of becoming.

Every storm ends. Every season shifts. And when this one does, you’ll see that you weren’t just surviving — you were building muscle you didn’t know you had.

Keep going.
Even when the steps are small.
Even when no one claps for you.
Even when you have to start over again and again.

Your story is not over — and this hard chapter is just setting the stage for the victory ahead.

GabbyCrafts exists because I believe in creating light out of darkness. And if I can keep walking through the mess toward something meaningful, so can you.

You don’t have to be fearless to move forward.
You just have to be willing.
And you, my friend, are stronger than you know.
