Instructions

Once you add to the cart, please add information to the pop-up form to complete your order. Please specify sizes and colors in Additional Comments section on the pop-up form. All apparel is unisex sizing. If you have multiple orders for different businesses or projects, please fill out the form and add to cart per order. We will be in contact with you once we receive and process your order.

Settings For Design

Design(s) must be 300dpi (dots per inch) and be in .png format. This format ensures that the background is removed. Make sure the background of your design is removed completely before sending to GabbyCrafts. Other formats of the design will not be accepted. Please do not send a screenshot of the design.

Design(s) that promote discrimination, derogatory nature or political affiliations of any kind will not be accepted. Please note this also includes misogyny, homophobia, sexism, pornography, bullying, and designs that directly violates copyright, trademark or intellectual property infringement.

The file that you are uploading must be ready for print. This means that you must ensure your file has a transparent background before you submit to GabbyCrafts. If we have to edit the logo or graphic for any reason due to functional issues (e.g., remove background, resizing, cropping, etc.), this will incur a $10 fee. Please double check all information and graphics. Due to the nature of our custom processing, we will not be able to provide refunds or redos for incorrect sizes, color(s) or logo usage not specified. Please note that designs that contain fine lines will likely not print properly. Also, if your design contains any embossing or shadows, these enhancements will need to be completely removed from the design before submission. Please allow up to 10 - 28 business days from date of order for order to be processed and shipped. This applies to custom orders only. GabbyCrafts defines a bulk custom order to include 5 items or more that are made to order based on specific customer needs/requests.
