All Sales Are Final
All digital products sold by GabbyCrafts™ are delivered via instant download upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate access granted at the time of purchase, all sales are final. GabbyCrafts™ does not offer refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations on any digital product for any reason once the file has been delivered. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this no-refund policy.
License and Permitted Use
All digital products sold by GabbyCrafts™ are licensed for personal and commercial business use by the original purchaser only. You may use the product in your own business operations including client work. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, gift, transfer, upload, or make available to any third party any GabbyCrafts™ digital product or any portion of its contents in any form, whether modified or unmodified, free or paid. This license is non-transferable. Unauthorized duplication or distribution of GabbyCrafts™ digital products is a violation of this agreement and applicable intellectual property law.
Intellectual Property
All GabbyCrafts™ digital products, tools, content, copy, designs, frameworks, and brand assets are the intellectual property of GabbyCrafts™ and its founder Mashaunda Tuck. GabbyCrafts™ is a registered trademark. Unauthorized use of the GabbyCrafts™ name, logo, branding, or product content is strictly prohibited. Nothing in the purchase of a digital product transfers ownership of the underlying intellectual property to the buyer.
Earnings Disclaimer
GabbyCrafts™ makes no guarantee of specific financial results, income, or business outcomes from the use of any digital product. Results will vary based on the individual purchaser's effort, consistency, skills, market conditions, and application of the material provided. Any income examples or projections referenced in GabbyCrafts™ marketing materials are illustrative only and not a promise or guarantee of earnings. GabbyCrafts™ is not responsible for any business decisions made based on the content of its digital products.
Chargebacks and Disputes
GabbyCrafts™ takes chargeback fraud seriously and will actively contest any chargeback filed on a digital product purchase where the file was successfully delivered. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you received access to the digital product and agree that filing a chargeback instead of contacting GabbyCrafts™ directly to resolve a concern constitutes fraudulent misrepresentation to your financial institution. In the event a chargeback is filed, GabbyCrafts™ will submit all available evidence to the payment processor including but not limited to proof of purchase, proof of delivery, IP address records, and purchase confirmation records. GabbyCrafts™ reserves the right to permanently ban any customer who files a fraudulent chargeback from making future purchases and to pursue recovery of the disputed amount through all available legal means. If you have a concern about your purchase, contact us directly at info@gabbycrafts.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. All chargebacks will be prosecuted under Georgia state law.

GabbyCrafts™ is not responsible for compatibility issues caused by outdated browsers, unsupported devices, or third-party platform restrictions. GabbyCrafts™ Physical Product Legal Notice
Order Processing and Production Time
All physical products sold by GabbyCrafts™ are custom made to order. Production begins after full payment is received and all required order details have been submitted and confirmed. Standard production time is 8 to 10 business days. Rush orders submitted within a 7-day window are subject to a rush fee of $50 to $100 depending on the size and complexity of the order. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. GabbyCrafts™ is not responsible for delays caused by the customer failing to provide complete or accurate order information in a timely manner.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are separate from production times. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number at the email address provided at checkout. GabbyCrafts™ is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damaged shipments caused by the carrier once the order has been handed off for delivery. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at gabbycrafts.com and we will work with you to find the best resolution. GabbyCrafts™ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Because all physical products sold by GabbyCrafts™ are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any item unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. If your order arrives with a defect or error caused by GabbyCrafts™, you must contact us at gabbycrafts.com within 5 business days of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue. GabbyCrafts™ reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion. We do not offer refunds for customer errors including but not limited to incorrect sizes, incorrect colors, incorrect spelling submitted by the customer, or change of mind after production has begun. All sales are final once production has started.
Order Approval and Proofs
For applicable orders GabbyCrafts™ may provide a digital proof for customer approval before production begins. The customer is responsible for reviewing the proof carefully and approving it in writing before production proceeds. GabbyCrafts™ is not responsible for errors that appear in the final product if the customer approved the proof containing those errors. Once a proof is approved production begins immediately and changes cannot be made.
Bulk Orders
Bulk orders are subject to a deposit requirement before production begins. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of quoting. Production will not begin until the deposit is received and all order details are confirmed in writing. The remaining balance is due before the order ships. Bulk orders require a minimum of 12 pieces. Larger orders may require additional production time beyond the standard 8 to 10 business day window. GabbyCrafts™ will communicate any extended timelines at the time of quoting.
Chargebacks and Disputes
GabbyCrafts™ takes chargeback fraud seriously and will actively contest any chargeback filed where the product was produced and delivered as described. By completing your purchase you agree that any concern or complaint about your order must first be directed to GabbyCrafts™ at gabbycrafts.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. If a chargeback is filed without first contacting GabbyCrafts™ directly, we will submit all available evidence to the payment processor including proof of purchase, proof of production, proof of delivery, order confirmation records, and any written communications with the customer. GabbyCrafts™ reserves the right to permanently ban any customer who files a fraudulent chargeback from placing future orders and to pursue recovery of the disputed amount through all available legal means. We are committed to resolving any legitimate concern quickly and professionally. Give us the opportunity to make it right before escalating.
Color and Print Disclaimer
Colors displayed on screen may vary slightly from the final printed product due to differences in monitor calibration, fabric type, printing method, and garment color. GabbyCrafts™ uses DTF transfer printing for all custom apparel orders. Minor variations in color reproduction are inherent to the printing process and do not constitute a defect. If you have specific color requirements, please communicate them clearly at the time of ordering and we will do our best to match them as closely as possible.
Intellectual Property
All custom designs created by GabbyCrafts™ on behalf of a customer remain the intellectual property of GabbyCrafts™ until full payment is received. Upon receipt of final payment the customer owns the physical printed product. GabbyCrafts™ retains the right to display the work in a portfolio or marketing materials unless the customer expressly requests otherwise in writing at the time of ordering. Customers who provide their own artwork represent and warrant that they own or have the rights to use that artwork and agree to indemnify GabbyCrafts™ from any claims arising from the use of customer-provided designs.
